Dosage and use of CBD oil

14 drops – once a day ( 7 drops at morning and 7 drops at evening)
Take at least 30 minutes before meals.
Shake before using.
Drip underneath the tongue, wait for 60 seconds, then swallow.
You can also add it to water or any fresh fruit and vegetable juices.
